After the Eaton Fire, Peabody brought Croft, a Maine-based modular home builder, to California for the first time — managing the project from design development through permitting, coordinating between Croft's team, architect Kyle Barker of Primary Projects, and the homeowners across the country.

A full gut renovation of a Midcoast Maine farmhouse. Peabody managed the project from stripped back framing and rough electrical through finished kitchen, living, and dining spaces, coordinating contractors and finish decisions across every phase of construction.

Peabody's own family home, set into a ledge outcropping on the Midcoast — the renovation directed by Peabody herself, from framed openings and rough construction through a finished kitchen, living space, and bath built around reclaimed materials and the site's granite.
